The Lexington Dixie Youth Baseball Board of Directors are 13 volunteers focused on organized youth baseball programs designed to promote the spirit of competition, teach sportsmanship and enjoy the fun of America’s favorite pastime.... Baseball.  While their time, hard work and dedication often seems unnoticed and unappreciated, they have the peace of mind knowing they have steered a youngster off the streets and occupied his idle time worthwhile. It is our continuous desire to provide activities for our youth rather than have our youth occupy themselves, where statistics show unhealthy and nonproductive trends. Though the 13 volunteers spend numerous hours at the park, as our coaches, umpires, and other volunteers do, it all seems not enough in the eyes of a few who constantly complain about the problems but have no interest in being a part of the solution.  Be a part of the Solution!
